Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is not sleep.
Hypnosis is not about someone taking control of you.
You cannot be made to do or say anything you don't want to.
We all have achieved this hypnotic state in life more than we know it... Have you ever driven a regular route home and on occasion not remembered passing key places? You were not asleep you were just in a deeply relaxed state. Daydreaming or that moment just before you fall asleep are all examples of the Hypnotic state. This means you won't be experiencing a brand new state of mind.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses the powerful tool of Hypnosis to achieve a state of mind through guidance from the therapist to reach a deep state of relaxation, whilst allowing the client to maintain awareness and be in control at all times. And cannot be made to do any-thing or tell something which you do not wish to do.
When the mind and body reach a deeply relaxed state, one is then calm, open and able to work towards achieving a positive change and reach a desired outcome.
Why have Hypnotherapy?
